New Year, New School, New Name - "Heritage Elementary"

What we have been calling the "New K-4" finally gets its name as we start off the new year. Construction continues to push forward through the winter months and progress is coming along well.
BCPS shared the news of the new schools name in a recent letter sent out to the community which you can see here to the right and a video presenting the individuals who helped come up with the name.
Below you will see the progress that is being made throughout the school. Crews are working in all areas of the building currently at different stages of the construction. The main canopy is taking shape with the framing being completed. This canopy with proudly carry the name of Heritage Elementary at its front.
